The hotel's location was excellent, just 10 minutes from Punta Ballena and a stone's throw from the beach. The rooms were spotless and boasted breathtaking views, making us ecstatic, although the chilly nights due to a malfunctioning heater disrupted our sleep. Additionally, when the air con was on, an unfortunate sewer-like odor filled the room. The service was top-notch with always cheerful and accommodating staff members, except for the occasional encounter with impolite personnel who seemed disinterested in their work. The dining experience, despite being overall good, had room for improvement, particularly in offering more drink options. The facilities were well-kept and with a handy lift straight to the beach, a prime spot where we spent most of our days.
